Great ways to detox your mind

- Find a calm quiet place

- Sit down, get comfortable

- Take 10 deep breaths in your nose and out your mouth

- Sit in silence and let thoughts flow through your mind and out

- Let go of everything, open your mind and soul up

- Be present and in harmony with the earth's energy around you

- Focus on the rhythm of your breathing until nothing is on your mind

- Simply enjoy the absence of thought or mind intervention, embrace the moment

- Enjoy new and deeper clearity after practice
